General information

By placing an order, you as the buyer agree to our General Terms and Conditions. Our offers are subject to change without notice and are valid as long as supplies last. We will make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible.

Prices and shipping costs

All prices include VAT (value-added tax).

Shipping costs within the EU:

Minimum order value EUR 15.50 – free shipping from EUR 15.50.
For orders of less than EUR 15.50 we charge a shipping fee of EUR 5.

We usually ship your order within 2-3 days from Austria. Important: We will not send you a shipping confirmation!

Shipping costs USA

Due to a recent executive order issued by the U.S. government, customs regulations for imports into the United States have changed. You can find official U.S. government information on the background of these changes here (Executive Order) and here (Fact Sheet).

For now, DHL Express is the only way to ship goods from Europe to the US. We apologize that shipping is now much more expensive (previously EUR 9).

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase contract within a period of 14 days. The withdrawal period begins as soon as you have received the goods.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase contract, please proceed as follows:

• Send us a brief e-mail to info@plus12socks.com with your declaration of withdrawal and your bank details (if you are not satisfied, please let us know what we can do better).
• Return the unused goods, in their original packaging and with all the components that we have enclosed (information folder, free gifts, etc.) within 2 weeks of your declaration of withdrawal (received by us) to the following address:

• Tip for returns: Occasionally items get lost, so you should send the return shipment insured and keep the dispatch bill.
• You (the buyer) bear the costs of the return shipment.
• As soon as the unused goods arrive in their original packaging at our premises in Bregenz, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account, minus the payment transaction fees (PayPal, Stripe – max. 3 euros). If the goods are damaged, we will contact you.
