Hoping to source a light, summerweight material for sneaker socks, we went looking for a blend of Tencel and linen.
The material we wanted was not available on the market, but our yarn supplier agreed that it was a good idea, so they created the blend just for us. Linen can be tricky to work with, but it’s wonderfully cool, and Tencel’s softness and breathability are surprisingly delightful. The perfect combination!
60% Tencel, 17% linen, 22% polyamide, 1% elastane

Our tencel/linen blend plus12socks like to be washed inside out, and they hate getting snagged on scratchy zippers and jean rivets in the washing machine. Our recommendation: Wash socks in a mesh laundry bag. After washing, we recommend gently stretching the socks into shape in both directions.
